The lady who actually did my hair was very nice. I felt embarrassed going in as I'd been struggling to brush my hair extensions so decided to have it blow dried. I was conscious it was taking a long time because of the knots which I apologized for. As my hair was almost finished someone came and rudely whispered in the ear of the lady who was doing my hair and then turned to me and said that as I hadn't told them I had extensions before the appointment I had to pay extra. This put me in a very awkward position as the website did not ask this question and only said to say if hair was long or short which I did. I don't think it's professional to insinuate I purposely withheld information when I wasn't asked for this information pre booking! The mistake was theirs but I was made to feel like I'd done something wrong !
