Booked in for toner and blowdry.Toner wasn't put in my scalp so we decided to add tint to the roots. My first time for tint and thought it looked a bit orange. However the blowdry was fantastic and lasted 3 days without being stiff. Next day it was really apparent I had orange hair. I have very long hair so this will take ages to grow out and I'm a blonde. I went back and they agreed it did not look good. I had hi lights and toner on the orange for free which has helped a lot but it will take a long time and many colour treatments to get my normal colour back. Now the hair is stripey blonde and orange at the top and the rest of the hair is blonde. I'm glad they have done their best to correct it but I'm not very happy when I look in the mirror.
