Although it might lack some customer experience quirks, I think Pamela made due with what she had. Initially there was no music which I felt it was quite strange but she remembered to turn it on after a while. The manicure went well and the pedicure was very quick, although it wasn'tvery practical to have the UV device on her lap while she was also treating my foot. She was thorough and quiet, which I personally prefer. Will come again!

Salon itself is nice, plush chairs and decor. The receptionist was welcoming & professional. I’ve had waxes for c.10 years now and tbh the treatment was a bit dire. The therapist seemed unsure at the start. The wax was too hot and runny and she seemed unconfident with taking the wax off. The treatment was done quite unprofessionally and I ended up untidy- bits of hair, wax etc. left on me and she had to use tweezers at the end. Wouldn’t recommend waxing but I’m sure it’s fine for other things.
