Salon itself is nice, plush chairs and decor. The receptionist was welcoming & professional. I’ve had waxes for c.10 years now and tbh the treatment was a bit dire. The therapist seemed unsure at the start. The wax was too hot and runny and she seemed unconfident with taking the wax off. The treatment was done quite unprofessionally and I ended up untidy- bits of hair, wax etc. left on me and she had to use tweezers at the end. Wouldn’t recommend waxing but I’m sure it’s fine for other things.
Hollywood Waxing
The service was perfection, the calming music, the quietness and the staff. This was my first time getting a facial and she talked me through all the steps before hand which was a great help. Will be back for more treatment soon
