Thought I'd give this salon a go after reading the great reviews on here. Was greeted by the lovely receptionist. The lady who cut my hair (sorry didn't catch her name but was really nice and we spoke a lot about the only way is Essex lol) she checked on the system what I was getting done and got my gown ready. I was getting Wash, Cut with Hot Scissors and Blow Dry Incl. Luxury Treatment. I was happy with the cut although I would of preffered it if it was more shaped at the front as I couldn't really tell when I got home. She done a great job with trimming my hair (just the way I wanted it) My blow dry was ok but as I was going away for the weekend and I explained I wanted it flicked out but it was flat with a few random curls. When I left I rang the salon back as I wasn't sure if I was given the luxury treatment . The receptionist checked and apologised sincerely as the stylist told her she did not give me the deep hair mask treatment. I was told to come back and get the luxury treatment only and that I'd have to pay for the blow dry or cut again which is quite disappointing as it wasn't my fault that she had forgotten to include it. Before I left the salon I did ask if I was given the treatment and I think maybe there was a misunderstanding as I was told it was given when washing my hair but obviously when I found out it was meant to be a hair mask and not a conditioner I rang back to clear things up. Having said that, they are all lovely and I felt comfortable being there for the first time.

Love this salon, have been coming for nearly a year and the staff + facilities are great! The lady who cut my hair today was great (so sorry I cant remember your name but we had a good long natter about the only way is essex!!) was lovely and understood exactly what I wanted, my hair feels great and I am really pleased!!
The salon seems very busy and very professional and caring team is working there.
I was greeted very kindly and warm by a lovely General Manager. She offered to me a glass of shampagne :) All the team was taking care of me during my service. They were asking if I feel comfortable, if I would like to have more shampagne, coffee, magazines and etc. The team really pamper each client.
Eva, she is an Art director and owns the salon, did wonderful job!
I used to have very long, one length black boring hair. I took a chance to book for a colour change - totally change my look and I am so glad I did!! I love my hair now so much, it’s a medium length with layers which gives volume and body for my hair and a new subtle caramel brown colour with soft low lights:) The colour she recommended me came out really good, lighter natural looking, far more better than what I would have chosen without her help.
It was a quite long process because it’s not easy to get lighter colour after dyeing hair in black for years. I have paid about 300£ for a colour correction, haircut and home care products which Eva recommended me.
My hair is in a great condition, shiny and soft even after this strong colour correction because Eva removed my previous black colour with the safest non bleach products. She used only premium and non bleach colours for dyeing my hair.
One more thing I really liked in this salon that before starting my service I was explained by a Manager what price I can expect and why the price is high.
Eva listens well to how you want your hair to be, very attentive, talented and really puts an effort to attention to detail and made sure all my hair was 100% perfect.
I have been in many salons in the past and never had such an amazing service as this! I could tell to everyone – if you want to have a good result, don’t save your money because professional services do cost. I would totally come back here again and recommend it to all my friends and family.
I had a hair cut with blow dry and was very good, left hair smooth and shiny. Stylist friendly and customer service very good. Would recommend salon.
best haircut I have had for years! Really took time to understand what I wanted and recommend treatments for me to use at home :)
