Unfortunately, Emile was running about half an hour late for my appointment due to a member of staff being on holiday. However, both her and the salon's receptionist were extremely apologetic and even threw a free thermal scissor treatment into my cut! The cut itself is spot on and exactly what I asked for, I desperately didn't want too much cut off and Emile cut literally just enough off to tidy up my hair- perfect! Friendly staff, great haircut-I'll definitely be back!

I had a thermo cut at this salon. I had the same style for the last few years and really wanted a change. Emily listened to me and then managed to get it even better than I expected. Absolutely loved it. Thank u and I have already recommended u to my friends.
Been to Hair Culture quite a few times and the experience is always great. Emile is a brilliant stylist and a true expert in highlights, always gives a great advise. Quite tight in the salon when it gets busy but it doesn't put me off as the rest of it is spot on. Will return again and recommend to friends.
Ever since moving to London, I've been to many hair/beauty salons and I am always amazed at how terrible the service is and I promise myself I would never return. However, Hair Culture was different and the ladies were lovely and really cared for what you wanted. I would definitely return.
I absolutely love my new hair colour that Emilie did. They seemed a bit busy on the Saturday i went in which meant i had a trainee cut my hair which wasn't a massive problem but I didn't quite love my cut as much as my colour. However overall a very nice salon with very lovely, attentive staff and i would recommend it to anyone.
