Haircut was not bad but customer service wasn't that great. There was no smile on Staff's faces. I have been to much better places which charged less but had great customer service.
I was nervous about trying a new salon and not going in break London. Dita was lovely. Listened to my vote preferences and looked at photos I shown. Really pleased with the chestnut brown colour.
I have Asian hair so this colour looked really natural.
Wish I'd be asked/been more assertive about not using curling tongs to clamp, pull and curl each section. (hairdryer and brush is my first preference)
Because I have dry wavy dry hair and I've since noticed that I have lots of hair snapped hairs (look sinched or snapped) half way down my head. Lots of stray hairs :(
Otherwise really happy with the colour. Will have to wait for my hair to repair/grow back
Overall disappointed. It was my first cut in 7 months and was so looking forward to feeling pampered and looking fabulous afterwards. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. It took only 20mins total to wash, cut and dry (I have thick curly hair so I’ve never had a cut this quickly); I wasn’t offered a complementary drink as advertised; coat wasn’t taken on arrival; no smile or friendly service; hair now looks too heavy at the bottom and too flat on top. So gutted! Am considering going elsewhere to get it corrected.
