As dita was away that day, there was a new stylist who was really good and the outcome of the highlights was great. i had to however wait for 45 mins before i was attended to .
The stylist was off sick so I couldn’t have my treatment. I understand that but then my booking should not have been confirmed by the salon. They tried to call me but I couldn’t pick up - surely the point of an app is to communicate such things via the app.
