I normally always give salons 5 stars, not this one! My top got wet (even with a towel around my neck), despite trying to dry it with a hairdryer it remained damp which wasn't ideal for a 3 hour journey (seems almost unavoidable also due to basin angle). Water temperature fluctuated a lot. Despite booking 10 AM appointment due to salon opening at 10, another client was half way through getting her hair done which appeared to delay my appointment. I was meant to get a curly blowdry (had prepaid in full for it) but knew they were running behind time so I got a straight blowdry - took 51 mins (+ 2 mins of straighteners) just to do this from the start of my appointment time. When I mentioned the straight blowdry should be '35 mins', I was told that hey put conditioner on my hair and this is why it took so long... erm, they knew I was in a hurry, often other salons do my hair in about 30 mins (with conditioner) as it dries quickly.. it took that long due to them having another client so I wish they just admitted that rather than trying to have a lame excuse. Wouldn't go back.
