Lydia made the whole experience so relaxing and therapeutic, with great scalp massage, as well as helping me get my hair back to the length I'd like it to be while looking good on the way. I also enjoyed the tea and biscuits!

Rebecca has been kind and understanding during my own recent personal difficulties and always makes me feel relaxed and welcomed at the Hair Design Studio, West Chiltington. She is so talented and clever with scissors too, totally overcoming the challenges posed by cutting and styling a balding pensioner's crazy hair. This studio ticks all the boxes for me.
