I received 15min Botox treatment followed by straight blow-dry. Usually receive Keratin (Brazilian) blow-dry at London salon and wanted to try somewhere local - decided to give £69 Botox offer a try. Honestly? disappointed with the treatment and salon and will not be returning - I cannot recommend.

Treatwell messed the appointment up. I had to go away and come back. This was not lucas fault. He gave me a free treatment and was very apologetic. Luca is very vibrant and it was a funny hair appointment. I've had compliments on the layers and the blow dry.

I found Luca to be nice and polite, but unfortunately I cannot recommend him.
The atmosphere felt awkward, my hair wash was rough and slightly painful, when I went to explain what I wanted I felt hurried, and no time was spent looking at my hair before cutting. I left feeling unhappy and regrettable.
I want to support small and independent businesses, however I feel honest reviews are important and hopefully this can help towards improvements.
