Had my first treatment at HairFx after a recommendation from a friend who has been going for years. I got a friendly reminder that I had forgotten to book a patch test and popped in for that and a chat about what I wanted. When I came back in for my appointment it was clear that Katie had thought about what I wanted and talked me through the options to get the result. Everyone was so friendly and professional and I felt in really good hands. I love the colour my hair ended up, thank you!
