She was very nice lady but hair cut not what i wanted at all she did let me know that my length would be shorter but omg my hair is up to my ears like omg tell me it would be that much especially when i did want to keep the length i didn’t realise how much was being cut until at the end. Apart from the length the cut in itself was not nice at all looks so random like her eyes were closed looks like i did it at home and i started crying when i went home feel so insecure now
