Although my hadn't gone through to the salon, Gemma was really happy to do my hair. I had to wait a while but that was not a problem. Gemma then went on to cut my hair in exactly the way I wanted it. I was extremely pleased and will be going back again.

Charlotte was brilliant! I wasn't exactly sure what kind of balayage I wanted so I put my trust in Charlotte and it paid off. Very happy with the results and will definitely be returning
