First time at the salon and what a great surprise! It was perfect. My boy who is 19 months was a bit unsettled at the beginning but Gemma made us feel both at ease. She's a very warm and welcoming person. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you

Gemma is a Brilliant Hairdresser, she does exactly what you want but is always there with good advice. At my visit last week I arrived there freezing cold. Gemma immediately filled 2 hot water bottles for me wall heating turned up a cup of tea all within minutes of arriving. By the time the heater was on my head for my hair colour I was roasting. What a star but great service
