Gemma always makes us feel at home. Both my boy (1yo) and girl (4yo) had their hair cuts done and everything went perfectly. My girl even got a treat in the end.

It's the first time I had been here, all the staff were friendly, Gemma listened to what I had to say about my hair and recommended the cut and what I should do to make it look better. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely go back.
