The last question would only let me choose one answer, but I would say that Gemma fulfilled all of the criteria. From the minute you arrive she makes you feel so welcome and it goes on from there. She is so clever the way she cuts hair and knows exactly what you want and need. I am changing my hairstyle at the moment, but it isn't long enough to get to the style I want, so Gemma advised me how to go about it and just cut what was necessary to start to get it into the style I want.
