Was a little nervous about seeing someone new (my regular hair stylist had recently left London) but Umberto put me at ease immediately. His scissor skills are exemplary and he is also extremely personable and a great communicator who took the time to listen and discuss the cut thoroughly before launching into it. I highly recommend this salon and will be back.
