I went in to Umberto for a big chop and had a great experience. He was friendly, welcoming, and reassuring, listened well to everything I said and made some suggestions about what would suit me. Hair Lab is inside Salon Sin and Umberto is the top stylist for ladies. I have been going to him for the past year and he is quick to respond to appointment requests and works late evenings too. He is always pleasant and takes care to listen to what you need. Does a fab job every time and keeps it reasonably priced. Can't recommend him enough.

I went in after not having had a haircut for 2+ years and Umberto was so kind about it. I showed him the style I wanted and he adapted it to what would suit my face and hair type. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I agreed. He was also just a really friendly and caring person and I felt very looked after. Thank you Umberto!
