Good for a quick bikini wax. I was in and out fast so that was good and the beautician was really lovely. The place isn’t super sparkly and clean but the hygiene of the waxing was good

My mate had her nails done and every step was done perfectly and the nails turned out amazing, my hair cut was quick and turned out spot on and both are eyebrows were waxed and turned out flawless
I was specifically looking for strip-less wax and paid more for this service.
The beautician didn't ask me how I wanted my wax done, but I had to tell her myself before she started - just in case she took of hair I didn't want to be waxed.
Then she proceeded to explain that she will do strip wax on most of the area (finger indicating the bikini wax area) and use hard wax on the more inner areas. Even though I didn't agree with this (as I had specifically wanted something else) in a moment when I'm exposed I didn't felt like I could argue, so I let her do what she said.
However I wasn't as happy with the results as what hard wax provides.
I also needed to ask her to redo some of the areas as they still had hairs on them and I saw she's already preparing to put after-care lotion on them before she's asked me if I'm happy with the final result.
I had to go home and still pluck some hair out as it wasn't a very neat job, which I don't appreciate, considering the whole point of the service is for me not to need to do that.
I believe if I had gotten what I paid for (hard strip-less wax) I'd have received a better final finish.
