Maria is so good when it comes to eyebrow waxing, and the attention when removing acrylics especially when the nail is sore underneath is amazing

This was my second balayage to achieve a mix of blonde colours in my black hair without using bleach. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and which colour to use to achieve the wanted outcome. I am returning to this salon for another treatment as I felt very comfortable and well looked after.
I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this salon :)

Not only did I not get what I booked for, the door was also left open for the whole salon to see. Staff seemed nice enough, but the lady that did my leg waxing seemed to be very inexperienced and used either cold wax or scolding wax. I have bruises from the experience which is something I have never experienced in my 10years of waxing. I only got a leg wax.
There was also no tissue/towel on the bed which I found very unhygienic, and actually stuck to quite badly where the wax hadn’t been taken off properly. This was both painful and embarrassing.
Vincei had great customer service however would have liked to have been asked how I would have liked my hair blow dried. Also just another point the receptionist was just sat on her phone constantly so if it wasnt for Vincei's customer service then there wouldnt be anything special about this hairdressers.
