Absolutely over the moon with my hair appointment today the colour was fantastic and so was the cut.

Went for a Brazilian, and when arrived in the treatment room, the lady didn't leave the room to let me get ready. She asked if I wanted bikini line doing too, I said of course, it's a Brazilian. She told me Brazilian is the middle part only, so I had to pay £5 extra at the venue for her to do the bikini line, which has always been included as part of a Brazilian in all the places I have been to. Cannot believe I had to pay an extra £5, when had already paid £23 for the service. Ridiculous! She was messy, leaving bits of wax on my tshirt. And after doing Brazilian, and going on to my underarms, there was no cover for me, just laying naked on the bed, exposed and wasn't a great experience. Will not return. She was fast though, that is the only benefit.
