As a first experience of eyelash extensions, it was really good. I was given follow up advice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, even fitting me into an earlier appointment!

While the Hair Lab is tricky to find and not the most attractive approach, once inside it’s clean and tidy and the team team are professional. I was seen on time and the appointment didn’t seem rushed as I was given plenty of time to select the style and shape of lashes I wanted. Application was efficient and comfortable - the only criticism I have being the music, which was not my choice of music and too loud to be relaxing, background music.
