The staff were friendly however I had to wait over 15 minutes for my appointment and wasn't kept informed about this. My appointment crossed over with another client who was already in her appointment in the same treatment area which was initially a bit of a shock! Cannot fault the value for money and the waxing equipment was good. I think the communication was the thing lacking. I will be coming back

Maria was lovely and we had a good chat. Just a few suggestions. I'd have loved to be given a rob/nice towel to change into and not just be asked to whack my clothes off. Also, I went for a Hollywood wax but she didn't remove all the hair so i had to do it myself back home. Because of this, I might go somewhere else
