I had a hair cut and blow dry by Vencel today. Nice atmosphere, high quality job, can’t wait for next booking.

The staff was very warm and helpful, trying to make the customer comfortable at all times. Just maybe staff should have tried hard to remove small hair and rica wax should have been available in the salon too.

I had Maria. she was friendly and did a great job on my nails and eyebrows. I'll be back again.
First time getting them done, overall experience was really good and relaxing and the lashes look beautiful-so many compliments. Only issue was that I think the glue was a bit strong so next time I’m gonna ask if there is a different glue we could use. No fault of hair lab though as they couldn’t have known. Thank you so much!
