Staff were really friendly. Had a lovely experience. I had my eyebrows waxed and then the beautician massaged around my eyebrows and eyes. Really pleasant experience. Would definitely go again.

I’m happy with the outcome. My haircut looks good and exactly how I wanted, however I had to pay an extra £5 because my hair is longer than my shoulders. (My hair isn’t extremely long, only oversteps my shoulders for a little bit, so I wasn’t happy with the extra charge). I’ll say it was ok for £20 but not so good for £25. Probable I’ll try somewhere cheaper next time.
