Lovely.the lady takes you in makes you take your shoes off.covers you up in a nice fluffy blanket and gives you a head pillow.she has incense and calming music playing.there is no pressure to chat although she is very friendly the process took an hour and half and I am very happy with my lashes.but for me a full time working mum it was the fact she goes out of her way to make it relaxing.My daughter had HD brows done and she said the lady is a perfectionist meant as a compliment as she takes pride in what she does.Both very happy and we will be using her again.

The saloon was very presentable and of a good standard. The staff showed apprecition to the clients and approached them really well. Definitely would reccommend it.
