They forgot I had an appointment, it wasn't very personal. However my eyebrows did look good.
I took my sister for a last minute haircut (literally booked on the day maybe 4 hours beforehand) and there was an appointment available!
Don't be put off by the simple look of the salon as the staff (well our hairdresser, we forgot to get his name but he was excellent!) are great.
He was meticulous and made sure everything was perfect before letting my sister go. As we booked a late appointment it was just the 3 of us and we had a great laugh the whole time.
My sister's hair looked great and it's pretty cheap. Though there is some confusion as you get a discount if you book through Treatwell - just don't pay on the app as you won't get it!
Would definitely go again.
