My therapist advised me of lash lift treatment which requires less maintenance, and I’m so glad I listened to her. Due to my busy schedule it’s hard for me to keep popping back to the salon for eyelash extensions infill, and the new treatment I was advised to have instead really does enhances the look of my own lashes. Great service all round. x
My appointment wasn’t booked on their system and so she fit me in and rushed the appointment, whilst in the middle of another appointment and grazed my skin which has now left a scar. Furthermore, there were still so many hairs left afterwards. Worst eyebrow wax appointment ever. Definitely won’t be going back for any of their services.
Best waxing experience I have ever had. She was calm and made feel comfortable.
My first time for any type of waxing so I wasn't sure what to expect but I am pretty sure it was not to get a razor out when I got home to shave all the patches up and down both legs that had been missed. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Cleanliness of the nail desk was just awful. The nails looked tacky. I had an appointment at 12, and didn’t get my nails done until 3. Understaffed and options for nail colours etc was very limited. Eyebrow waxing however was pretty good. The shape of the nails looked a bit funny - had to go get them redone somewhere else the next day. Got charged £20 for acrylic removal where I was sitting at the next by myself for over an hour. Practically had to remove them myself.
