My hair looks AMAZING!!
Had my hair coloured. Staff were very friendly and had great personality. They always keep you busy by talking to you. The salon looks neat,tidy and organised.
I recommend this and it definitely deserves a 5 star.
Not busy at all, the boy Will who did my hair was nice however made my hair orange rather than subtle blonde as asked for. Missing a lot of stock e.g.: no gloves when dying my hair. Very unprofessional atmosphere. When I first arrived, I had to wait 30 mins for Will to cut a gentlemans hair even though he came after me as they are so short staffed. Was told that one staff member had even quit the week before, that I am not suprised to hear. It also said it would take 2.5 hours to get highlights but I was there for 3.5 hours and then told I had to pay extra for additional things. Then to be told it's cash only, they should specify that on the website.

It was slightly hard to find, but i got a good welcome when i arrived and offered a drink, it was a little cold inside and there were mobile heaters being moved around and I was offered a blanket, hopefully that gets sorted out soon! Will who cut my hair was great and i love it!
