So I live in Manchester and it’s only by chance I booked in whilst visiting my boyfriend, having been really unhappy with the dye jobs I’d had over summer in Manchester. Hair Lab is a hidden gem. Vencel did everything exactly how i wanted it. My colour is even but also multitonal, my hair looks so healthy and I’ve been getting so many compliments. Next time I want my colour done, I would defo travel from Manchester, because I’m so happy with the service provided. Highly recommend
Loved the gentleman who cut my hair. Made sure I was happy throughout the Haircut. I left so happy and felt pretty again. Thank you so much

The salon is filthy - ingrained dirt on everything. This would be unacceptable in normal times but at present when everything should be cleaned continually, it is totally wrong. Therapist did my nails OK but her own nails were filthy underneath cracked and broken acrylics. She had long hair which she wafted over the table, picking strands off my nails. Bins were overflowing. Really poor experience.
