First time visiting the salon. Was told my stylist wasn’t ready by the trainee stylist & was I okay to have my hair cut by herself.
The stylist would trim my fringe & check over the cut, deciding this wasn’t what I booked for after my wash. I asked for a blow dry rather than a cut. The stylist wouldn’t be available for 30 mins despite my allocated time.
The stylist despite being next to us the whole time, never once came over to explain.
Not the best customer service but the trainee handled it as best she could. Needless to say I won’t be back.
I had my highlights done by Louise, not only is she SO lovely, funny and easy to talk to, she is very attentive, listens to exactly what you ask for and also knows what will suit your complexion and natural hair texture best. I’ve always been really cautious with trusting people with my hair but Louise provided the best hairdressing experience for me and i’ll definitely be back in the future for any kind of treatment. (The receptionist/assistant is also so lovely and was very accommodating the through my entire appointment) Thank you for such a great experience!
Sharkia did a great job with my haircut - exactly what I wanted. She also gave helpful advice. Nice salon with friendly staff.
