Awful customer service. 1. Did not give me information about the treatment and the effect it could have on my hair. 2. When I came back to have it corrected, I was charged a fee (initially, they wanted to do a full price, too!) 3. The fixed colour was still not what I wanted - does not seem they are listening to the customer at all.
