Had to wait a little but was ok. Bit disappointed about my hair one side is cut longer than the other. Had to trim to neaten it up when home.

Not the best experience! One set of my eyelashes wouldn't stick. The glue went into my eye and so it kept watering. It took four attempts to get them to stick but the therapist was adamant to get it to stick and was heavy handed and the next day my eye was bruised from her leaning her fingers on it. She didn't introduce herself, I had no patch test, she kept going in and out of the room whilst I had to keep my eyes closed and not telling me what she was doing, her very young daughter was also in and out of the room whilst I had my eyes closed, she left me in the room alone most of the time whilst it was developing and my right eye was stinging after all the messing about but I couldn't tell her as she put the radio on in the room with me so she wouldn't have heard if I'd have shouted. I don't usually write reviews but I feel I need to for the bad experience I had. It was only £20 and I did wonder why it was a lot cheaper than the rest. I suppose you pay for what you get.
