Really nice place, exceptionally clean. Very considerate and extremely welcoming. I hate going to the barbers, I find them sometimes intimidating. I've been looking for a place to have a haircut and feel comfortable, the atmosphere was pleasant, happy and just a great vibe from all staff members. Shen was amazing, gave great advice and was a breath of fresh air. I won't be looking for another place again. Wonderful service.

Bad punctuality, bad customer service by Yaz, Shen was lovely. No hair advice, no questions asked about previous colour or anything at all. Terrible thick highlights was not what I asked for. Very old fashioned in how they work, not up to date at all. Glad I didn’t go for the balayage.

Despite being double booked (not the salons fault), Shen was more than accommodating to ensure she rebooked next a couple of hours later than originally booked. The service was fantastic and I had the best haircut I’ve had in a while! Will definitely be coming back. The salon had all necessary COVID protocols in place.
