To be objective, I think the hairdresser is a friendly dude but he does not know how to do balayage (maybe for Asian hair). He dyed my hair mistakenly and there is no fading effect at all, and look not naturally at all, in the end, I have to get it re-dyed to my original hair colour same day. Spent 5 hours there n didn’t achieve what it expected and agreed.

Really unhappy with how my colour turned out. Went back to get it fixed and it turned out worse than before, it's bright red which isn't what I asked for/was agreed on (a soft copper colour).
Charged a lot of money and will now have to spend lots more getting a colour correction. Will not be returning.
Sad because the cut & blow-dry was great & so were first impressions. Felt uncomfortable voicing concerns and left the salon in a rush.

Absolutely fabulous colour and cut every time -Ilker is really really talented at what he does and top of that such a lovely person and the studio is just beautiful! I leave everytime as a really happy customer
