Ilker is a hair wizard and a lovely guy. I went to him after another salon ruined my hair... not only was the cut awful and shapeless, but the hair was snapping and broken. He told me we needed to avoid colour/further damage, and recommended a keratin treatment, to cut off the damaged hair, and give it 3-6 months to heal. I have never had short hair, but I love it! It’s a cute cut, very fresh and playful, and really flattering! Ilker really listens, both to the hair and to the client; go!

I'm really upset. 4 hours for a ballyage and cut I asked for a brighter blonde and cme out with grey hair. Additionally becuase so much was taken off the length it has made me face look rounder. Not what I asked for and will have to go somewhere else to fix the colour at least. I looked better before I came in.
