I hadn't been to a salon for years and had 'the fear' but the staff were so welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away with a cup of tea. As it's a smaller salon, it has that nice private feel like the focus is really on you. They listened to what I wanted from my haircut and I'm really really pleased with it. It's sliiiightly shorter than i would have liked as I had very long hair before, but it grows quickly so I'm not too worried about that!
I didn't end up having the lash lift, as I had booked it under 24 hours before I was going to have it meaning I didn't have enough time to have the patch test, however the studio rang me almost immediately after I had made the online booking to inform me of this. I was offered the patch test while at the salon for my haircut, so I could come back whenever for the lash lift which was really helpful!
