I made the following booking online through Treatwell and unfortunately paid £126 in advance:
Polish Manicure - £28 (45min)
Polish Pedicure - £28 (45min)
Gel Pedicure - £35 (1hr)
Gel Hands - £35 (1hr)
Based on the descriptions on the website the total services would take +- 3.5hr.
My appointment was for 13:00 and I was done by 14:15!
The standard of the manicure and pedicure was very poor (no attention to detail, very sloppy).
The gel pedicure and manicure: I picked a gel colour which was a neutral nude/taupe, after the first two nails the bottle of gel was finished and instead of advising me that they had run out of the colour I picked and let me choose another the technician simply continued with a different colour which turned out to be very pink in the daylight after I left the salon (certainly not what I had requested). The standard of the gel application was also very poor (again no attention to detail, very sloppy).
I certainly do not recommend this salon for gel nail mani pedi services.
I also do not recommend booking through Treatwell. I learnt a valuable lesson, not to pay for these types of services in advance.

Recently visited the salon for the 3rd time. Now getting my hair cut here approximately every 8 weeks. Always really pleased with the customer care and very pleased with new hairstyle having taken the decision to have a much shorter style.
