Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It’s a small salon with little space, even for washing your hair (the basin seems to have been installed at a weird angle); The blow dry was great, it lasted long too. But the coloring didn’t go well. I wasn’t told ahead of time that they’re going to use bleach for my second color (I didn’t realize that this was what he referred to as “second color”) and only felt it when it was burning my skin. Told him to wash it off as the sensation was not at all pleasant but he said we needed a couple more minutes.Told him it felt very uncomfortable and burning my skin but he still insisted not to wash it off yet! In the end, he must have not washed it all off properly (awkwardly positioned basin?) as I ended up with two wide streaks of bleached hair at the back. It looks awful and I’ve not been able to put my hair up since. Very disappointed..
