I was really apprehensive about having extentions but Jade made sure I fully understood the maintenance and about the hair itself. Any questions I had she was able to answer with very good knowledge and she made me feel really calm and relaxed. Jade is very welcoming and such a friendly person. I will definitely be back for my hair!
