Viola was not available so the new staff member assisted me. I was booked in for a treatment and cut and style, I was in and out within 20min! Whilst the stylist was pleasant, she clearly wanted to finish. The treatment was in my hair for about 2mins. My hair was cut but not even, A diffuser on my hair but barely dried as as she said it was frizzing, so I left with wet frizzy hair that I had to rewash and style myself.
