The salon is really nice and has a very friendly feel to it. All the staff were lovely. I am however, pretty disappointed with my hair. Whilst it looked quite good in the salon, it was incredibly crunchy, mainly due to the products used. The perm isn't very good. There are several parts where it is just straggly and barely a curl init. The underneath where smaller curlers were used is incredibly curly but covered by straggly hair on top. Sad
