Viola was lovely and attentive. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. I had root permanent colour, toner, conditioning treatment, cut, and blow dry done. She did a good job colouring and cutting my hair. The toner came out a bit more ashy than I was used to, and my hair wasn't as shiny as I remember having after treatment before. Maybe it was due to the type of product. I didn't take olaplex as it was very expensive. It was my first time at the salon and I had a good experience.

Came in looking for a new hairdresser as mine has retired. Hair was cut badly at another salon recently. Cute but busy salon, counts as a good sign. Staff listened to my concerns and requests, cut exactly as I wanted and needed! Thank you so much!
