My eyebrow waxing was excellent, Elouise was friendly, checked what I wanted & that I was happy. My massage was too gentle. I asked 2x for more pressure with no change. I think my limbs were done with only one hand (switching hands occasionally), and only on one side (I was face down with palms up -only the underside of my forearms was done). I was cold
(the room was 71f & I didn’t say anything so may be my fault!), the bed was left very high - had to climb down & floor was dirty on bare feet.
