Great experience at HNBN as always. Kirsty is a great stylist who listens to what you want done. The atmosphere in the salon is always good. I also like that I can get everything done in one place.

The venue was warm and welcoming. However there seems to have been a change in what is included from all my previous visits, as it only included back, arms and calves - no turning over or hands/feet so felt incomplete - hopefully not permanent change

pippa is perfect as always it's not just a hair cut it's an experience I get to have therapy and a hair cut in one, particularly love the lil hard massage included in the hair wash!!
