the venue is lovely but mine & my family members experience was AWFUL .
after going with an apprentice that didn’t know what she was doing at all to my colour going complete ginger at the roots but brunette at the ends . she did not follow instructions from other members of the team ( they told her to start colouring my hair from the mid section but she started with the roots!) this person should not of been left alone in the salon , it was a complete waste of money!
