In summary, disappointed. Only four days after my appointment and nails are chipping. The finish is poor. Uneven paint covering, areas of imperfections and lacking clear borders around nail edges. I sadly would not return on this basis. Jessica herself is a lovely girl but may be lacking in experience.

My experience at the salon was very positive. Kirsty was really lovely and I was very pleased with my colour, cut and blow dry. My only negative point would be that when my hair was washed after my colour, I only got one shampoo and having had a colour I was expecting two. My conditioner was not massaged in and I was looking forward to a little head massage so a bit disappointed with that.
