Very friendly and caring. Was offered a hot drink as soon as I arrived. Gemma was lovely. Only criticism was the salon needs a little updating perhaps

Can’t fault the venue or therapist. The booking by phone wasn’t good as did not book me in for what I’d requested. The therapist had time to change the booking and give me the treatments requested. The pedicure was great. The manicure didn’t include hand soak/massage but she did a full manicure. As it was nail varnish it took longer for the nails to dry and as a result, in spite of being very careful afterwards they now look pretty messy, the stickers didn’t stay on 🙁 either. Piercing was 👍.

Had pre-booked my appointment using the app. Wash, cut and blow dry with Jane.
I recognised Jane from previous visits, lovely lady.
Another lady washed my hair, apologies I’ve forgotten the ladies name, lovely wash thank you!!
