It was difficult to find because of the sign, but they answered the phone and stood at the door to help me locate them.
Offered a hot or cold drink and the haircut was discussed. There were a few language issues, but overall managed to get to an understanding and the overall result was a great haircut. It was shorter than liked, but they gave advise on how to allow it to grow and the type of cut to ask for in the future.
